[Pgpool-general] No nodes shown in pgPoolAdmin

Yeah, since my PHP rpm has built-in support for PostgreSQL, I didn't
notice the problem with other distributions. I will enhance pgpolAdmin
so that it reports the problem earlier (probably in the installer
script). Thanks for the suggestion!
