[pgpool-hackers: 4345] pg_catalog schema qualification is lacking

I found that a system catalog table name (pg_namespace) is used
without schema qualification in pool_select_walker.c in multiple
places. I thought they have been all fixed but actually some of them
were missed. I am going to fix them.
