Note that this typically leads to Pgpool-II stuck because Pgpool-II
keeps on waiting for messages from frontend and backend in vain. Also
it should be noted that this tends to happen in heavy loaded
systems/networks than light loaded systems.
I think we need to release minor versions soon.
