[pgpool-hackers: 2721] Proposal: Enhancing pool_process and pool_pools

Currently the only way to know the pgpool child process status (for
example "wait for connection request" shown in ps command) is using ps
command. This is not terribly user friendly.

How about adding a new status column indicating the info to
pool_process and pool_pools?  For this, we need to store the state
string in shared memory though, but it would not be too hard.
