[pgpool-general: 9252] Question about the global pool

Dear pgpool ppl

I see the Muhammad's global pool implementation was committed on 5 Aug 
2024 :

. Are there any plans to move this to the core pgpool soon? So that we 
can finally have the one and only pooler that we need which does it all? 
(load balancing, pooling, read-write split, etc)

I watched a presentation on PgConf2024.eu and the presenter didn't even 
mention pgpool-ii among the list of available poolers, although IMHO it 
is a much more mature software in comparison to the rest. And this is 
sad, considering all the work you ppl have put into it.
