[pgpool-general: 8776] What is the role of systemd in HA?

Hi!

I noticed that pgpool recovery can start pgpool on another machine. And I
also noticed that there is a systemd service for pgpool. If one machine
goes down and start again, will its own systemd restart service compete
with another pgpool trying to start pg and pgpool remotely? How do you
solve this conflict? Thanks.
