The error messages shows /usr/lib64/pgsql/pgxs/src/makefiles/pgxs.mk couldn't be found.

If you are using the PostgreSQL's packages provided by distribution,
please install postgresql-server-devel package.

If you are uing the PostgreSQL's packaged provided by community,
please install postgresqlXX-devel.
