[pgpool-general: 8746] setting "delay_threshold_by_time" to less than 1 second

Hi

Is it possible to set "delay_threshold_by_time" to an interval less
than 1 second?
For example, 250 ms
delay_threshold_by_time=0.25

When I tried this, I noticed that no logging occurs when the threshold
is exceeded (I use "log_standby_delay = 'if_over_treshold'") and "SHOW
POOL_NODES" always shows the "replication_delay" column as 0.

When I set it to "1" logging works as well as "SHOW POOL_NODES"
