[pgpool-general: 8371] Cluster nodes in different subnets?

Hi!

Is it possible to configure PgPool cluster if the cluster nodes remain in 
different subnets (different datacenters)? That's why we can not use a 
common VIP address.

How about configuring Pgpool without VIP address and let HAProxy forward 
the incoming traffic to the Pgpool instances? Does anybody know if there 
were any example or guide of such configuration?
