Enlarge POOLCONFIG_MAXDESCLEN to 80.

This is used in show pool_status command and limits the length of
parameter description.  Unfortunately recovery_timeout description is
64 chars, which is 1 byte longer than former definition of the macro
because we need on more byte for null termination.
