[pgpool-committers: 433] pgpool: Add mention that we do not recommmend to use different OS/archi

Add mention that we do not recommmend to use different OS/architecture
of PostgreSQL. Before we execused that "as long as you do not use
online recovery" but this may create confusion and does not worth the
trouble. So we cleary stat that we recommend to use exact same
OS/version/architecutrue of PostgreSQL.
