[Pgpool-general] Simple Streaming replication setting with pgpool-II - Node Info do not display

I was follow website
http://pgpool.projects.postgresql.org/contrib_docs/simple_sr_setting/index.html
But when i click Node Info nothing display, click to Summary, Process Info,
Log work well.

This is pgpoolAdmin log
