[Pgpool-general] Errors by running "sh install-functions.sh"

First of all Streaming replication was implemented in 9.0. So trying
to use streaming replication never works with 8.4.

Beside this, I have no idea why the rpm package gives error. Maybe as
a packager Devrim knows something?
